Sunday, February 26, 2017 at the Linq. Start time for the 5k is 7:15 am and the 15k starts at 8am! Start times are subject to change.
Bring the whole family for some exercise, while raising money for a local charity. With inflatables and games for the kiddos, and an all chocolate post-race party that cannot be missed. You will be in great company with thousands of your comrades!
Oh and did I mention there will be chocolate?! Lots and lots of chocolate! When you cross the finish line you will be greeted with a nice cup of hot cocoa. Then you can stop on by with for another round of chocolate at the chocolate fountain! Don’t forget your goodie bag, along with the bag all runners will receive full zip jackets in his and hers. All 15k runners who finish the race will get a Hot Chocolate Las Vegas medal.
The charity of choice for the 15k is RMHC. RMHC helps families and children who are receiving inpatient or outpatient medical treatments at our local hospitals. You can visit their site here.
For the 5k, the charity of choice is, Opportunity Village. Opportunity Village a 501(c)3 that helps children and adults with intellectual disabilities to enhance their lives and the lives of those around them. You can visit their site here.
